LMD is a family-owned ‘grass roots’ building company located in Gloucester, NSW. We pride ourselves on providing a transparent, honest and no fuss building service in Gloucester and surrounding areas of the mid north coast. Over the past fifteen years, we have developed good, trusting, long lasting relationships with our clients and value these relationships highly as we continue to grow our business.

LMD is based in Gloucester – a close, community focused town. We endeavour to support the local community by using local tradesman and subcontractors wherever possible. We have completed works in Sydney (mainly the Inner West), Sydney’s Central Coast and Gloucester. A lot of our work stems from word-of-mouth referrals, and we have experience working with Sydney Architects and Designers.

We have a rich background in building quality and unique homes and pride ourselves ion our attention to detail. LMD is fully licenced and insured for all your building needs; We are willing to work with our clients to provide thorough solutions to their building and design needs.

Anita and I have had four projects completed by LMD Building on our home over the past 10 years. All the projects have been professionally completed with excellent quality, workmanship and on time. 1. LMD replaced our cement tile roof, with a Colorbond Roof, including replacement of gutters. The work was completed within the agreed time frame resulting in a roof that looks great and (and with no leaks). 2. LMD constructed a large 6 meter by 6 meter deck with a pitched roof incorporating a steel frame. The decking roof was lapped over the house roof, which required a steel beam to be incorporated into the house roof. The ceiling followed the contour of the roof which resulted in excellent head height and installation of a large fan. Lukas was a key player in the design of the deck and roof and executed the construction in a very professional and timely manner. 3. LMD constructed a new toilet cubical in the garage. This showed us that LMD Building Services can not only do large construction work but can also assist with smaller scale projects. 4. LMD Building Services installed new large glass sliding doors and ﬂy screens on the back of our house. He took time to match the colour with our existing windows, which other companies had not been able to supply. We have no hesitation in recommending LMD Building Services for major or smaller construction work and renovations. Lukas is always very professional in his approach and workmanship and has an excellent team working with him.

Jenny and I would like to thank you and your team for a job well done. We purchased a cottage that required extensive renovation and we selected the LMD Building Services to carry out the work.
